When will I receive my leads?

Real Time campaigns will be delivered one at a time as the leads of submitted online. The Batch and unfiltered leads will be delivered each morning at approximately 9:00 am pst.

How will I receive my leads?

The leads can be received in either CSV (excel) or PDF (printable) formats and will be both emailed as well as be able to be downloaded from your personal management site.  We also have the ability to do direct posting campaigns.

Are the leads real-time?

You may choose a real time delivery campaign. The leads will be delivered as they are submitted online form fit to your specific criteria.

How fast can I get my leads?

Once signed up, you can start receiving leads within 24 hours, though most often almost immediately. While it may take a day or two to get your campaign running at full potential, you can start receiving leads today.

how many leads should I buy?

In order to realize the true potential of you campaign as well as to allow you to close a few loans to afford you the ability to reinvest, we strongly recommend a minimum order of 50 leads.

Do you have a return policy for bogus leads?

Certainly. While we run all leads through our quality control department to verify the leads, we do offer returns for the Real Time and Batch programs for bogus information.

NrLeads stands behind the quality of our mortgage leads. If the leads you receive do not meet the specifications as promised on our programmed description of our purchase order, we will replace those leads at no cost to you.

Credits will be added to the total amount of leads ordered. NrLeads' quality control center will verify the lead is bad before credit is issued.
Below are valid reasons for returned leads

• Non working phone number. (no number, disconnected number, fax number)
• Fictitious Leads - i.e. person does not exist at phone number, or address information given is fictitious.
• Duplicate leads: If duplicate leads are delivered from NrLeads they must be returned the same day received in order to receive credit. We cannot accept leads that are duplicates of another lead provider.
• "Unfiltered Leads" / "End of Day" leads cannot be returned.
• No returns for Data Deals
• Leads cannot be returned beyond 5 days past date on lead

NrLeads cannot be held responsible for a borrower who "changes their mind" after they submitted their home loan application. NrLeads is also not responsible for incorrect information provided by the borrower such as wrong loan amounts or incorrect property values. All returns must be returned within seven days of date on the lead.

Absolutely! We work with many large lenders with special demands and we are able to custom taylor programs to fit any specifications.

What about regulatory issues like the DNC or CAN-SPAM act?

All leads delivered are DNC compliant and all mailers are CAN-SPAM compliant. We work hard to deliver only the best quality product on the market.

As a lead Provider is NR Leads responsible for compliance with the Do-Not-Call laws?

We take responsibility to deliver only the best quality DNC compliant data to our clients. We run every lead through our Quality Control Department to verify the validity and quality of all data.
