DLJ All The Way

Last week\'s residential mortgage ratings actions

Standard & Poor's (S&P) affirmed all of its ratings on DLJ ABS Trust Series 2000-2 and 2000-3's mortgage pass-through certificates (MPTC's), which affects approximately $230 million of rated debt as of December 2001. The affirmations are the result of the levels of subordination and, for the senior certificates of series 2000-2, a bond insurance policy issued by Municipal Bond Insurance Association.

S&P also raised and affirmed its ratings on various classes of the following series of DLJ Mortgage Acceptance Corp. MPTC's:
