Jason Kulpa
Chief Executive Officer
Jason J. Kulpa is the Founder and Chairman of AdAuthority.com and has managed its growth and direction from inception. Kulpa began his career in the computer commodities sector and was responsible for numerous strategic partnerships in the wholesale and retail markets. His extensive marketing and telecommunication experience lead to the creation of one of the first mega lead companies in 2001. Kulpa then created AdAuthority.com and generated over 1.5 million interest driven internet leads, producing over 14 million dollars of lead generation revenue. Since 2003, AdAuthority has been setting the benchmark for customer service and product quality. While focusing in the Big Ticket Area of the internet, many Blue Chip Financial Companies call on AdAuthority to bring it qualified customers on a return basis. Because of the high standard set by Kulpa, AdAuthority is ranked in the top of its class since 2005. Kulpa resides in San Diego California and graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies.
In his personal time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid fan of the Arsenal Football Club in the English Premier League.
William Huff
Chief Financial Officer
William A. Huff, Certified Public Accountant, began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co then served as Chief Financial Officer for First Interstate Financial Services, Travelers Acceptance Corporation and Family Fitness Centers, all high growth environments. While at First Interstate Mr. Huff was responsible for the successful registration and funding of a $250 million in securitized assets and developed systems and procedures that resulted in growth from 30 branches ($120 million in receivables) to 70 branches ($500 million in receivables) in 3 years. He also developed start up companies in the mortgage, finance, equipment leasing, and collection agency and real estate development businesses. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, with a major in Accounting.
Ben Martin
Chief Operations Officer
Ben Martin has over 7 years of leadership experience building top-tier internet marketing and lead generation companies. An accomplished strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise in online business performance have driven notable growth in the financial lead generation sector. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Ben has achieved exciting company and product turnarounds and is recognized for his success in growing sales and profits. His strategic approach to building a business is reflected in his work as Vice President of Visium Solutions and later as President of Lead Nexus, Inc., where his concept creation and focus on vertical diversification quickly delivered impressive bottom-line results.
Ben Martin's exceptional track record of business improvement is based on his philosophy of being customer-focused and responsive to change, balanced by a clear understanding that value and quality guide our decision-making. He is known for his ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales and growth impediments that go far beyond marketing, working with companies to refine their organizational structure, product lines, sourcing, sales channels, market position, as well as general advertising.
Ben has a degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA in Business Communications. He also volunteers his time and money within the San Diego, CA community where he now resides
Touvan Sughiarto
Director of Affiliate Management
Touvan Sughiarto has been with NRleads since 2004. As Director of Affiliate Relations, Touvan has recently placed focus on the growth and strength the company’s of the company’s affiliate network for existing and newly structured industry verticals. Touvan shares many of the growth experience of Ad Authority for a majority of its lifespan, and has been there when working involved 6 co-workers working out of a 12x12 square foot office. Since the early stage of Ad Authority accelerated growth, Touvan has contributed his knowledge and ideas into the development of NR’s high technology proprietary database management system, in which today continues to advance within itself. Touvan boarded Nrleads.com after studies in IT Business at San Diego State University.
Cassidy Symons
Director of Sales Technology
Cassidy joined Nrleads.com technical team in October 2005 and was named Director of Sales Technology in February 2006. His primary responsibilities include serving the technology needs of the company's sales team and managing the delivery of product to clients, as well as participating in the ongoing development of the LeadX platform. He has over five years of experience in the development of dynamic online applications and has helped enhance NR’s existing software, as well as build new tools for both internal and public use, including the NR Leads Cherry Pick website. He also took over the construction of the company's lead archive, taking several years worth of data that was stored in a wide array of disparate formats and condensing them into a single database with 12 million usable records.
On a day-to-day basis, Cassidy spends a good deal of time handing requests from the sales team for their clients such as adjusting lead flow based on ongoing feedback to optimize results for both the client as well as Nrleads.com and setting up special delivery programs to fit clients' needs, as well as requests for improvements to the tools the sales team uses. His other focus lies in enhancing operational tools that the company uses, such as building next-generation versions of the software components that are used to track incoming product from vendors, the profitability of the product, and the outgoing flow of product. Using his experience in development and his strong desire to not only build new tools, but do so with an eye towards future growth, he's continually working to improve internal processes and programs.
Petra Camacho
Director of Accounting
Bringing with her 20 years of experience, Petra Camacho joined the Nrleads.com team in September of 2004. In her tenure at Travelers Investment Group, she had acquired the skills and knowledge to lead the accounting staff to streamline all financial procedures. Petra is a very versatile link to the success of the Nrleads.com family, managing the Accounting staff, accounts payable, Receivables, Client relations for billing and Collections, Payroll, as well as Human Resources.
Jake Vale
Director of Business Development
Jake is the Director of Business Development for Nrleads.com. Some of his current projects are; The Student Box (www.thestudentbox.com) a student loan consolidation lender finder, The Tax Box (www.thetaxbox.com) which provides help for anyone with federal or state tax issues, and The Insurance Box (www.theinsurancebox.com) for people looking for quotes on life insurance. Jake’s role at Nrleads.com is to ensure a smooth transition into new verticals and maintain preliminary sales until the programs are fully functional. Jake facilitates media buying and decides where the marketing for new verticals is placed. Jake has a background in sports nutrition and a BS from SDSU in Marketing with a Minor in New Media.
