How do live transfers work?
- Homeowner data is purchased from a data company such as Experian or Acxiom.
- The data is uploaded into a dialer to be outbound telemarketed to.
- The consumer is asked a short series of questions to verify interest and loan information. The US based Call Center asks if it is their desire to speak with a licensed professional immediately regarding their mortgage. This entire transaction is recorded and stored on a server for verification purposes.
- Upon ‘Yes’, the lead is transferred to a client (mortgage broker or bank) best suited to meet the requested needs of the consumer.
- The consumer’s loan information is then called up from the common database onto the client’s computer or pda as he/she begins to complete the 1003 application.
