How do live transfers work?

  1. Homeowner data is purchased from a data company such as Experian or Acxiom.
  2. The data is uploaded into a dialer to be outbound telemarketed to.
  3. The consumer is asked a short series of questions to verify interest and loan information. The US based Call Center asks if it is their desire to speak with a licensed professional immediately regarding their mortgage. This entire transaction is recorded and stored on a server for verification purposes.
  4. Upon ‘Yes’, the lead is transferred to a client (mortgage broker or bank) best suited to meet the requested needs of the consumer.
  5. The consumer’s loan information is then called up from the common database onto the client’s computer or pda as he/she begins to complete the 1003 application.
