Terms

Each originator is guaranteed at least 50 quality leads in a 28 day period starting from the beginning of the agreement. Each originator has a license to receive mortgage data from NrLeads.com on a daily basis. The licensee is for 28 days of marketing material and cannot be transferred or resold. The leads will be sent via email to one designated email address per account. Each account renews unless cancelled in writing with 15 day notice. A prorated amount will be calculated based on a 28 day month and the credit card will be charged unless other approved payment method is agreed by Nrleads.com. The fee is $995 and $995 per Originator. At the beginning of each 28 day cycle the credit card on file will be charged for the amount due. After first month, client may add additional originators or subtract within the first two business days of the new 28 day period.
